Identify the best Plans and Members to test all configuration settings.
TALON CSM Role
Discuss the variety of Plans across the Client Customer base and aide in identifying which to use for primary testing.
Client Role
After discussion, Identify the appropriate Plans and Members under those Plans so that TALON internal and later Client Plan Design testing is designed to represent the broader population.

Plan Categories for Testing
- The most highly subscribed Plans
- Plans of different types (ie PPO, HMO, OAP, EPO, etc)
- Plans across different Carriers
- Plans with complex combinations of Fee Schedules
- Plans with RBP (Primary, Last resort, INN, OON configs)
- Plans with Tiered Networks
- Plans with complex Member Cost Share
