Invite TPA or Channel Partner Sales Team Members with the appropriate roles and Employer Group access.

TALON CSM Role

Orient Primary Sales and Marketing contact on Managing Sales Users via the Advisor Dashboard.

Client Role

Provide a list of Sales staff (Name and Email) with designated Employer Group access.

  • Once the list of Sales Staff and Employer Group access has been provided to TALON, the TALON CSM will assign the appropriate roles.
  • Invites will be sent to Sales staff that have not come to TALON via Eligibility.
  • Orientation and Training are self-guided. TALON will provide a walkthrough/orientation to the Client's Sales and Implementation leaders.
