Confirm appropriate configuration of Rewards.

TALON CSM Role

Orient Primary implementation contact on Rewards configuration at the Employer Group/Plan and TPA level. Discuss the 'ownership' of Rewards configuration (ie Employer Group Champion or TPA level). Orient on the MyMedicalRewards queue.

Client Role

Audit existing Rewards configurations and implement new where needed. Monitor the MyMedicalRewards queue for expected Rewards flow.

Navigate to the Employer Dashboard MyMedicalRewards tab, and open Rewards. Either confirm existing or enter a new Rewards configuration.
