Plan Documents
Make Plan Documents (Summaries of Benefits and Coverage or Summary Plan Documents) available to Members for reference and to support staff for troubleshooting when needed.
TALON CSM Role
Orient Primary implementation contact on how to upload Plan Documents to a Plan.
Client Role
Add the Plan Document to one Member for each Plan in each Employer Group.
Process
Navigate to the Members tab at either the TPA or Employer Group level. Where SBC's are missing, there is an up arrow icon. Click the Icon, navigate to the SBC, and Upload. Once complete the SBC can be viewed by the Member or any Support Staff.
