Confirm Support Notifications are properly configured.
TALON CSM Role
Review Support Notification configuration in Dashboard Settings. Orient primary implementation contact on Support Snapshot on the top right of the Support Dashboard home page.
Client Role
Test the Support Notification process.
Process

From any Member experience, navigate to Help, fill out the Contact Support form, and Submit. Navigate to the Home Page on the Support Dashboard and confirm receipt.
