TALON CSM Role

Ensure that appropriate Widgets are made available for display in Dashboard Settings. Orient Primary implementation contact on managing Widget display. Assist in the creation of Custom widgets.

Client Role

Identify Custom Widgets and create. Decide which available Widgets will be displayed and their precedence, and how they will vary (or not) by Employer Group and Plan.

Process

From the Widgets page, configure as desired for visibility and precedence. Create custom Widgets if desired.
