This guide will help you access your TALON Support Dashboard for the first time and understand the features available based on your support tier level.
Before You Begin
You should have received an invitation email from your system administrator with your login activation and instructions. If you haven't received this email, check your spam folder and contact your supervisor before proceeding.
Two Ways to Access the System
As a Member
Access the system as if you were a member to understand their experience and interface.

Step-by-Step Login Process
Login Process

Access Your Login URL
Navigate to the email sent by TALON Support Dashboard when your administrator initially created your Support User account. This will be specific to your organization and support tier.

Enter Your Credentials
Use the email address and activation link provided in your invitation email.

Set Your Permanent Password
You'll be prompted to create a new, permanent password on your first login. Choose a strong password that meets security requirements: at least 8 characters long, mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, include numbers and special characters, and avoid common words or personal information.

Verify Your Access Level
After login, verify that you can see the appropriate dashboard sections for your support tier. Your available options depend on your assigned role: All Tiers have Home, Members, and Collateral; Tier 1+ adds Employers, Manage Users, and Configuration; Tier 2+ includes advanced reporting; and Tier 3 has full platform administration.

Collateral Dashboard
Purpose: Access and share educational materials with members

Tier 1+ Advanced Features
Purpose: Enhanced tools for senior support staff
Note: These features are only available to Tier 1 and higher support staff.

- Double-check the URL - make sure you're using the correct dashboard link
